At Complete Care West Yorkshire, we remain committed to delivering a high-quality, person-centered service to our local communities. In line with this commitment, we conducted our Annual Quality Assurance Survey throughout November 2025, aimed at assessing the experiences of our service users and their relatives who receive care and support from us.

All our care workers are fully enhanced DBS checked and fully trained to offer varying levels of care and support to people wishing to retain their independence and remain living at home, in the community.

Customers remain at the heart of our service, we work closely with you, the client to create a bespoke care package that you can rely upon, whilst giving you the freedom to make changes as and when the need arises. An initial visit from a qualified senior member of our team will visit you in the comfort of your own home to assess your needs, taking into consideration wishes and preferences. The information gathered at the initial assessment will form the basis of an individual, unique care plan which will be tailored to ensure that all your needs are met. This will be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure high standards of care are maintained and that you are fully happy with the support.

At Complete Care West Yorkshire Ltd we can offer support from companionship to more complex care packages. We will ensure that your needs are met with a suitable, qualified and friendly care worker that matches your requirements.

We pride ourselves on putting the individual at the centre of our vision. This extends to more specialised care including dementia care and palliative care.
