Our Palliative Care team will be on hand to discuss requirements with you or your family. We will be able to discuss future care planning, holistic assessment and advise as to what other support services may be available. This could take the form of district nurses, spiritual advisors, social workers or specialist nursing teams.
We can schedule home visits from our team of experienced and committed care workers throughout the day and we can also offer a night sit service should this be required.
